Kailua Music School’s Stagecraft program was inspired by the creation of the highly successful Random Weirdos kid band.

Recording Wizard, Aaron Carey is behind the creation of the band. The successful teaching and management techniques used by Carey are now available through the school’s Stagecraft program. Prior to taking on this kid band project, Carey recorded such musical artists as Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, Dokken, Megadeth, and many more.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of Kailua Music School President Bob Frost.

A long time musician himself, Bob Frost bought Kailua Music School in 2003, and through his leadership and hard work, the school has become a valuable member of the Kailua business community. Bob runs a successful accounting company and has his own rhythm and blues band known as the Fat Cats. He’s said that he believes “Music will save the world” and he has put his money where his mouth is.
