Soviet Redbull is a powerhouse young band from Kailua, Hawaiʻi, made up of musicians ages 13–16 and part of Kailua Music School’s acclaimed Icon Academy band program.
With musicianship well beyond their years, Soviet Redbull delivers a high-energy mix of original music and standout covers. The band released its debut single and music video, “Courtney,” this year, quickly making waves when the video was featured on a billboard in Times Square, New York City, following its debut screening at a sold-out four-cinema showing at Kailua Cinemas.
The band has already shared the stage with notable artists including Henry Kapono & Black Square and performed at respected local venues including Tavana’s at Anna’s, Manifest, and Harbor’s Vintage. This fall, Soviet Redbull will make its Blue Note Hawaiʻi debut.
