Kailua Music School offers lessons for percussion instruments including : drumset, orchestral snare drum, latin percussion ( congas, bongos and timbales ) as well as electronic percussion. Styles taught include but are not limited to : Rock, Funk, Hip Hop, Jazz, Reggae and World Music. Topics covered include : Improvisation, reading, song interpretation, hand technique, foot technique and playing with a click track.     Rate $30/ half hour, $50/ hour Composer/Songwriter of five Record Albums, 30 years performing Drums, Voice, Keyboards, Guitar, and Bass. Developed a color system for learning music harmony.

    Rate: $120 for 4 Weeks Bachelor’s degree in professional music from Berklee College of Music, Boston. Over 35 years of experience including Big Band Jazz, bebop, Jazz Fusion, Musicals, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, Orchestral, Funk, R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, Island Contemporary and World Music. Scott’s has been teaching professionally for over 20 years.
